Mixed berry pancakes with strawberries and honey
The berriest of all pancakes
I found a bag of frozen mixed berries in my freezer that were expiring this week, so I decided to do what I always do and put them into pancakes. But then I also bought three cartons of strawberries last week because they were on sale, so I decided to slice those and put them on top of the pancakes. The result is the berriest of all pancakes. I added some vanilla extract to the batter and drizzled them with honey. Turned out pretty good, although I made so many that I have enough for dinner, too. Might turn into a berry at this point.

What will I add to pancakes next? (Or should I ask, what in my fridge will expire next?)
