Tangy beef burger with German-style potato salad
Starting dinners off right this week with tangy beef burgers and German-style potato salad. Okay, everything about this combination is EXCELLENT. The tangy mayo is basically Big Mac sauce, and you cannot go wrong with putting Big Mac sauce on a burger except these patties were about 23 times better than McDonald's beef patties and there was a shit-ton of onions. Also, I've written about my love for warm potato salad before, and I have no idea what makes this German-style, but IT WAS SO FREAKING GOOD. 10/10, would make again.
