The most tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef brisket and fall-off-the-bone pork ribs. Delectably juicy slices of pork neck. A perfect demonstration of how Vietnamese food is truly and beautifully fusion.
I am apparently making it my goal to try out all the different Asian BBQs these days, and so far, I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED.
