It is legitimately cold outside now (e.g. a daily average temperature of 0℃ or lower), which means it's officially NOODLE SOUP SEASON. Today's weapon of choice: Budae-jjigae. Nothing like a piping hot bowl of spicy ramyeon with sausage, Spam, and kimchi to make up for having to scrape ice off my car after work today.
