My Olive Young package arrived! They were having a 20% off summer sale, so I decided to take the opportunity to stock up on some skincare. Technically, I didn't need any new skincare since I still have yet to open some of the products I bought in February, but I AM A SKINCARE JUNKIE AND THERE WAS A SALE.

My picks: Beyond's Angel Aqua Daily Big Toner (frankly, I just wanted a simple hydrating toner and this bottle is 500ml for $10), Angel Aqua Cica Calming Ampoule (my skin has been acting up, getting red and itchy from wearing a mask in the heat when I go out, so I thought I'd try a calming serum that helps with irritation), and Angel Aqua Moist Cream (I am always on the lookout for lightweight, super-hydrating, non-greasy moisturizer, and this is a 2-for-1 pack with 150ml in each jar — I'm gonna have enough moisturizer until next summer); a jar of COSRX Poreless Pads (for exfoliating "rough skin," tightening "lax pores," balancing excessive sebum levels, and restoring skin's elasticity — big promises for some toner pads, so we'll see if they deliver results); and my favourite Mediheal Tea Tree Care Solution Essential and PDF AC Dressing Ampoule Mask Sheets (I kinda regret not getting more because these suckers average at $3 per pack here, whereas they were $10 per box during this sale).
I won't be looking at skincare again until Sephora's VIB sale in November, during which I'll probably buy an exfoliator which costs the same as three of the items I got today and then I'll have buyer's remorse for about two months after that. And then I'll go straight back to buying significantly cheaper Korean skincare and wonder why the fuck I ever spent so much money at Sephora.
