BTS MAKES HISTORY YET AGAIN! Not gonna lie, I teared up when I saw the news this afternoon, my heart bursting with pride and happiness for BTS. (Like the boys themselves, who stayed up until 5:30AM KST to wait for chart to be updated, and who all cried out of joy all over social media here, here, here, here, here, here, and all over Weverse upon hearing the news.) Seven years after their debut and hot on the heels of their four MTV VMA wins last night, they have finally gotten their first #1 song on the Billboard Hot 100. This is the last main Billboard chart that they had yet to get a #1 and they finally did it with "Dynamite," making them the first South Korean group to top this chart. Congratulations, my baby boys. You finally did it, and there's honestly no one more deserving of this.
