  2. They look so perfect - especially the image of the batter in the pan, fluffy and with all the air bubbles. Yum!

    1. Thanks! :D That's my favourite part of cooking pancakes, when I see the air bubbles rising so I know to flip them. :)

    1. Oh, man, pancakes are SO GOOD. When your diet is over, you need to get pancakes. You can easily add some fruit in there for a healthier option, no? :P

    1. Oh, you have no idea how much butter (well, margarine, 'cause we don't own butter) is on those bad boys. They just melted before the picture was taken, lol. :)

I will call you NEXT Monday, yes. :)

    1. LOL, thanks, Fieran! I'm actually not a good chef AT ALL and can barely cook anything, but I'm a pro at making the very few things I do cook, lol!

  7. Had pancakes Sunday, too! Coconut & pear ones at Milestones. Unfortunately, that was the only pancake meal.

I like your idea of breakfast lunch AND dinner.

    1. Ooooh, coconut and pear sounds so exotic and delicious! Such an odd combo in pancakes... Was it good?

Haha, well, it's what happens when you sleep in until 3:00pm... you can easily make food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. :P

  8. They look awesome. My teenage daughter is the Sunday morning pancakerer in our house - I'm a pretty good cook but that's one thing I've never quite mastered. Mine are okay, but nothing special - hers are really good. And I like the idea of having someone else make me Sunday breakfast. ;-)

    1. Lol, thanks, but the recipe was really nothing crazy! I got it from here. Except I didn't have buttermilk, so I used part half and half cream and part skim milk. And instead of butter, I used margarine. :P

    1. Haha, thanks, Mary! I think the natural lighting helps with photos looking more crisp, though. :)

I am gonna have pancakes for dessert one day. With loads of ridiculously unhealthy things on it. We still need to go to Demetre's. My craving for waffles/crepes has not been satisfied!
