Photolog 2018: Day 262 of 365

Decided to go for dinner with Ronsee, who was craving noodle soup. I remembered a new hand-pulled noodle place that Maegan was raving about called Omni Palace Noodle House, so we decided to try it out tonight. First things first, this place is ridiculously spacious. Like, it's possibly the biggest noodle restaurant I have ever seen. Secondly, you can actually see the chefs making the noodles in the kitchen that's lined with glass windows so you know that the noods you ordered are gonna be fresh AF. Third, the bowls of noodles start at about $11 for a regular size but it's only $1 more for the large size, so it's totes worth it to get the big bowl. Fourth, the noodles are firm and cooked al dente, and they give a fantastic amount of chew and incredible mouthfeel. Fifth, the broth is amazingly flavourful, almost with a hint of nutmeg, and is as much of a character in the bowl as the noodles. Sixth, the ratio of noodles to meat to veg to broth is excellent. So, yeah. New fave place for beef noodles.
