It's been a minute since I've had Northern Chinese food, so when Ronsee suggested The Dumpling King for dinner, I immediately agreed.

It's actually been just over a year since I'd last visited, but they're reliably tasty with a massive variety of dumplings, and not nearly as overpriced as Ding Tai Fung down the street. (While I do think the flavour of xiao long bao is better at Ding Tai Fung, the texture of the wrappers and meat inside are about equal to me. However, an order of 6 from Ding Tai Fung is now $12.25 and an order of 6 from The Dumpling King is $10.99.) It's a little more out of the way, but I'm determined to visit more often. There are just too many delicious dumplings to be eaten.
