Since her birthday dinner in February, my mom's been talking about how good NextDoor is and how we should go back to eat there, so I took her there for Mother's Day brunch:
Brunch Tower
Top Tier: Pineapple yogurt buttermilk pancakes with blueberries and oats
Bottom Tier: Malaysian scrambled eggs, lamb sausage, double-smoked bacon, Brussels sprout and potato hash, roasted tomatoes and mushrooms, shakshouka, and grilled toast and preserves
INCREDIBLE. We didn't think we'd actually finish everything because it is A LOT of food but, you know, we are champion eaters. (My mom, eating the last piece of toast: "I'm so full. But this is too good. I can't stop eating." This is where I get it from.) Sometimes it's totally worth leaving your home on the weekend. This is one of those times.
