Dining Out: Labour Day Weekend Dim Sum at NKS Banquet Hall

Had a little dim sum sesh with my mom at NKS Banquet Hall...

Dough fritter rice noodle rolls
Steamed shrimp dumplings (har gow)
Steamed pork and mushroom dumplings (siu mai)
Deep-fried stuffed eggplant and tofu
Egg custard tarts
... where they have the biggest har gow and siu mai I have ever seen in my life. (You can't tell, but like, each dumpling is literally bigger than a baby fist.) As always, dim sum is the perfect start to a long weekend. 😊
