It's been raining all day and I only had 4 hours of sleep because I had to wake up early to work on a Sunday, which means I NEED COMFORT FOOD. Thus, an early dinner at Big Beef Bowl:
Spicy braised beef brisket noodle soup
Pan-fried Shanghai pork buns
Because there is nothing like a big bowl of thicccc, made-to-order, hand-pulled noodles with massive chunks of braised beef brisket in a perfectly spicy broth and a side of juicy, soupy, pan-fried Shanghai pork buns to cheer me right up.
Now excuse me while I go take a nap.
