Sooo, I totally forgot that I pre-ordered this until it arrived this week.
Last October, BigHit announced that BTS' 2017 EP, Love Yourself: Her, would be released in a limited edition vinyl version for release in December. Love Yourself: Her is a really significant album for me personally — it was my first official BTS comeback as an actual ARMY. With this album, I knew I was in it for life. So while I don't have a record player (my dad had offered me his when he was moving, but I just don't have room for it in my apartment), I knew I had to have this even as a collector's item.

As with all BTS merch, this vinyl originally launched on Weverse Shop, and it's still available there for $48.30 USD (approximately $65 CAD). However, the shipping to Canada is a whopping $44.55 USD, quite literally doubling the cost of the album. As there was no other choice at the time, I just bit the bullet and ordered it. But a few days later, Indigo announced that they would be selling it online for Canadians with the release date for early January. They're retailing it for $64.99 CAD (which is almost the exact same price as Weverse Shop after conversion), and they have FREE SHIPPING for purchases over $50, so I immediately cancelled that Weverse Shop order. Basically, this is all to say: BLESS INDIGO FOR HELPING US CANADIAN ARMY AVOID RIDICULOUS SHIPPING FEES FROM WEVERSE SHOP.

Love Yourself: Her LP is a 12" vinyl and it has the same cover and colour scheme as the original Love Yourself: Her CD album, which is white with peach-to-blue holographic detailing. Inside the sleeve, you'll find a folded lyric poster, a group poster featuring Concept Version E, the 12" vinyl record, a set of member photocards featuring Concept Version V, plus a sticker and a bookmark both featuring the same holographic flower as the cover art.
