Celebrating the end of Year of the Tiger a little early with a hot pot feast at Xiang Zi: 
Fresh scallops and premium beef
An assortment of cold dishes and vegetables
Spicy fried pork, lamb skewers, and beef skewers
An assortment of meats
Hot pot in stewed mushroom and bone soup
It is expensive (about $140 for 2 people after tax and tip), but goddamn if it isn't the fanciest hot pot place I've ever been to. Huge variety of fresh meats and vegetables, appetizers, broths, and ingredients for dipping sauces. Amazing presentation, incredible decor, and extremely efficient service. I wouldn't come here regularly because it's just way too pricey (and they don't accept credit cards), but it's definitely a great special occasion restaurant.
