Last Saturday in lockdown means cooking at home, so tonight's Hello Fresh kit: Easy peasy chicken tetrazzini with linguine. (The most rhymiest of all dishes.) Now, I've only ever had chicken tetrazzini at East Side Mario's and that was at least 20 years ago, so my gauge on this dish is really non-existent. I can only tell you that it's one of those pasta dishes that you cannot go wrong with. It's like chicken alfredo except not as thick and with way more vegetables so it feels healthier. (It's probably not.) But as the name of this recipe says, it's pretty damn easy peasy. And that's all I ask for on a Saturday night.
