Mediterranean lamb burger with sweet potato fries

No tacos tonight. Instead, I made Mediterranean lamb burgers with sweet potato fries. Y'all, I can literally count on one hand finger the time I had a lamb burger, and that was in 2013 at The Breslin in NYC. In my burger-eating experience, of which there is quite a lot, this particular lamb burger stood out to me so much that it is still, in 2021, in my Top 5 Burgers of all time. The Breslin also paired it with feta, which might be the only way to eat a lamb burger. There's just something about the tanginess of feta that works gloriously well with lamb's gaminess. This one is also paired with cucumbers and spinach that add a beautiful crunch and leafy freshness. I downed this burger in less than 3 minutes and genuinely got sad when it was all gone. Needless to say, I would 100% make this again. Maybe add some red onions instead of cucumbers and re-live my Breslin experience, especially since I've learned that they've permanently closed.
