Tonight's Hello Fresh kit: Steak spiced burgers with disco fries. Nothing particularly unique, but the burger was predictably delicious. You can't really go wrong with a burger with Montreal steak spice. (Love that they included extra pickles, too.) But the disco fries were, in a word, disappointing. I actually didn't know what disco fries are, but it's apparently New Jersey's version of poutine, and IT SUCKS. The gravy was way too watery and mozzarella doesn't have nearly enough flavour in it to make it worth the calories on top of fries. Sorry, disco fries, you will never be as good as poutine.
