There was originally a second Jimin birthday event planned this weekend at Nadège, but it had to be cancelled last minute due to new COVID-19 regulations in Toronto. The ARMY who had planned this event, Sandy (who also planned the Tae event last year as well as the Yoongi event this past March, and had also made cup sleeves for Kookie's and Namjoon's "virtual" birthday last month), had made our pre-orders for Jimin cup sleeves and photo cards available for pick-up instead at Bloom Cafe.
So Ying and I headed downtown to pick them up this afternoon and had our own little Jimin celebration at Chatime instead (Mango Grapefruit Green Tea for me, Strawberry Passion Green Tea for Ying), because October is Jimin month and we will never not celebrate our baby mochi when given the chance. Much love and thanks to Sandy again for preparing such lovely gift bags for us (which included the cup sleeves, the photo cards, a little heart balloon, plus a thank you card) even though the event couldn't happen. Her efforts did not go unnoticed, and we still had an awesome time. HAPPY JIMINTOBER!
