Everything is SO PRETTY. The boys (obviously), their outfits, the set, the colour scheme... I was initially surprised that they picked "Anpanman" to perform along with "Dynamite," since it's an older song. Then I remembered that "Anpanman" is a song about everyday, ordinary heroes, and thought it was actually the perfect song to perform on American national television during this pandemic. (Jikook even changed their high five in the "Anpanman" choreography to an elbow bump for COVID. 😂) I'm also guessing they wanted something upbeat but distinctly different from "Dynamite" that is also a song they hadn't performed on American television to show a broader range of their music. Come to think of it, it was a smart choice in an effort to bring in new American fans who are maybe seeing them perform for the first time.
