Last day of my long weekend, which means it's still Cheat Weekend. But it's also gloomy and rainy outside, which means noodle soup. Hence, tonight's pick was the deliciously spicy beef satay noodle soup at Le Viet. Plus a side of Thai-style fried fish cakes, 'cause it's not really a cheat day without something fried.
