Photolog 2018: Day 117 of 365

The two limited edition versions of Face Yourself (Type B and Type C) I ordered finally arrived today, so I now have the completed Japanese discography as well (I told you, I'm dedicated). I gotta say, after the official announcement of their global tour yesterday, I am getting actual anxiety about getting tickets. Most of their concerts (which typically have 20,000+ capacities) have sold out within minutes, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to get even one despite having three dates here. Nearly 50% of concert tickets end up with scalpers, bots, or on third-party websites, and then another huge portion goes to promoters, radio stations, venue club holders, etc., so that leaves a very, very small portion of tickets to the actual fans. I've already seen tickets go up to $800 for nosebleed seats on third-party seller sites and the tickets aren't even officially on sale yet. If I can't get tickets through official means, I'd be desperate enough to go that route, but I'm just ethically against going through scalpers. I've asked my brother to try to get tickets for either of the Newark shows, too, because he has connections. You can be damn sure that I'd fly over there just to see BTS.

    1. Thanks! I think it's going to be an intense one. Apparently compared to prior comebacks, this one is a bit different because they've been so quiet for months and Love Yourself: Tear is supposed to be their darkest release yet, so I think we're gonna be in for a surprise. Either way, I can't wait! Are you going to be trying to get tickets for the shows here?!
