      There are SO MANY good ones out there.

      For pencils, there's MAC Graphblack Technakohl Liner (waterproof, self-sharpening), MAC Feline Power Kohl Eyeliner (soft, blackest black, smudgy), MAC Black Swan Pearlglide Eyeliner (metallic finish, soft, smudge/budge-proof), Urban Decay Perversion 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (waterproof, smudge/budge-proof, blackest black)...

      For cream-gel, there's MAC Blacktrack Fluidline and Bobbi Brown Black Ink Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner.

      For liquid, there's MAC Boot Black Liquid Eyeliner (non-waterproof, matte carbon black, felt tip), MAC Point Black Liquidlast Liner (EVERYTHING-proof, brush tip), Lancome Noir Artliner (non-waterproof, semi-matte black, felt tip, excellent precision).
