It's officially fall which means NOODLE SOUP SEASON HAS BEGUN. (Note that noodle soup season really encompasses fall and winter and part of spring, too. Toronto is cold for half the year, okay?) But today is also GLOOMY AF, which is when I want something a little richer, a little spicier. Enter the satay beef pho at Pho Time. You can get this at pretty much any pho restaurant, but the one here is particularly delicious.
