We went to this teeny tiny restaurant called Aberdeen Fish Ball Noodles (as it turns out, there are a lot of restaurants called Aberdeen Fish Ball Noodles in Hong Kong, but there isn't a lot of information about this particular one) that specializes in HK-style noodle soup (not just fish balls), so I got the rice noodles with wontons and tripe (what can I say, I was in an intenstine-y mood). It was so good that I will even forgive them for adding cilantro to my bowl.
