Finally went to try out Cafe N' One with Ronsee:
Wafu Carbonara
Kaarage Moffle
Coffee Cream Sponge Cake
While I do think it is a little overrated (like, nothing was particularly revolutionary), everything we ordered was delicious. We did think that the Wafu Carbonara was more of an oil pasta than a true carbonara, but the addition of a second onsen egg added the creamy richness that we wanted. The Kaarage Moffle was incredible, though — the chicken was juicy on the inside, super crispy on the outside, and perfectly seasoned, and the mochi waffle had a delightful chew to it that went really well with the crunchiness of the chicken. My only regret was not getting there early enough for the soufflé pancakes, which requires a 30-minute wait time. (When we inquired, the pancakes would've been ready by their closing time). The coffee sponge cake is a good dessert option, but I am hell-bent on returning just to get the crème brûlée soufflé pancakes.
