(Warning: This post is long and photo-heavy.)
Our second day in Tokyo was spent at
DisneySea. A little ambitious given that it was our first full day in Tokyo and knew we would be exhausted from flying the day before (we only ended up getting 4 hours of sleep), but we did it. We got there at 9:00AM and it was already packed. (It literally took us an hour just to get into the park.) I can't even imagine how crazy it is on the weekend (and I don't want to find out). We decided not to go on any rides because we no longer have the patience to wait 3 hours for a 30-second thrill, so we just walked around. A lot.

Yes, we walked over 20,000 steps at DisneySea. Honestly, it was worth the sore feet afterwards. Every single part of this park is stunning, and the attention to detail is incredible. It's a theme park like no other, even within the Disney franchise, and totally unique to Japan. I'm actually glad we chose it over Disneyland. If you don't care about Disney princesses, I would totally recommend DisneySea over its more famous sister.
