Oh, yes, you bet I bought the LEGO BTS Dynamite set. There really was no better timing for this launch given my recent building block addiction. There was a queue to get onto the website right at midnight last Wednesday and it was backordered within 10 minutes, but BTS merch launches on Weverse Shop have prepared me well for this. (It's sold out now, but should hopefully be restocked in the next few weeks.) It arrived within two days, so I spent Saturday night building it.

Altogether, it took me about 3 hours. As the title of this set implies, it's based on the set of the "Dynamite" MV. I'm so glad that the designers of this LEGO set are actually ARMY because it's way more detailed than I expected. I did modify it a bit because I wanted the set as a whole to be more easily moveable (I move things around my apartment quite often because I buy so much new merch all the time), so I attached the trees and the pylons to different areas of the flooring, and I stuck the donut sign onto the roof of the record store. (I left the ice cream truck alone 'cause it's on rubber wheels and therefore can't be stuck onto block parts, but it does sit pretty snugly on top of the disco sign if need be.) The set also comes with a separate rotating stage (it's assembled with gears on the bottom so that when the members are stuck on there, they move altogether) and it's actually pretty damn cool, but again, because I wanted less separate parts, I chose to stick the members onto the set itself. But overall, this set is cute AF and I'm really satisfied with the way it turned out.
I only wish I could've bought two to showcase the set in different ways, but hey, I'm lucky I even got one.
