1. When did someone last offer you a second chance? I can't remember. I don't usually need or want a second chance.

5. When did you most recently have to redo something because you were careless or sloppy? An hour ago. I was building a Lego flower, missed one piece from one of the beginning steps and had to take it all apart to re-build the goddamn thing.
