So my friend Linh sent me a TikTok this afternoon featuring Iki Shokupan, a bakery that specializes in authentic premium shokupan or Japanese milk bread, as well as Tendou Japanese Dream Puffs and specialty cakes. After finding out that this place is literally 10 minutes from my office, Ying and I headed straight there after work. It's located in a small unit in the most inconspicuous industrial building and if you weren't actively searching for it, you would totally miss it. (Actually, we were actively searching for it and still drove past it twice before realizing it was the right place.) Luckily, we found it before they closed. My choices:
