Tonkotsu Black ramen and gyoza

I've been getting cravings for noodle soup since the weather has been cooling down lately, so my mom and I went to Sansotei to get ramen for a little early dinner. Tonkotsu Black with thick noodles for me, Tonkotsu regular with thin noodles for her, and pan-fried handmade gyoza to share. (Tonkotsu Black is far superior — the addition of garlic oil elevates the broth to a whole new level.) Happy Fri-yay!
