It's Taco Tuesday, so I made saucy beef tacos with salsa rice and feta from Hello Fresh. Honestly, these were kinda disappointing. They weren't bad, but they're my least favourite tacos I've made so far. Ironically, they weren't saucy at all, and in fact, veered almost on the dry side because the rice absorbed all the salsa. I also really didn't like feta with this. There's all these spices in the beef and the salsa, and the feta is both salty and briny, which made the tacos taste... confused. There's so many strong flavours that none of them end up standing out. I would literally make any other of the other tacos I've made over the past six months over these.
