Chipotle pork and roasted pepper tacos with lime crema and salsa fresca

It's Taco Tuesday! So for tonight's dinner, pork and pepper tacos with lime crema and salsa fresca from Hello Fresh. Ground pork with roasted bell peppers and onions tossed in Mexican seasoning and chipotle powder, topped with homemade salsa fresca (minus the cilantro) and a generous dollop of lime crema. Savoury and zesty with a hint of tartness and a spicy kick. Totally made up for the dismal tacos from last week. So much so that I ate tomorrow's portion along with tonight's. Whoops.
