My Merch Box #5 from the BTS ARMY Global Fanclub Membership has arrived! As mentioned previously, the BTS Global Official Fanclub added a Merch Pack Membership option last year, which includes four different merch boxes during the membership period on top of the regular Membership perks. The price of this membership is $150 USD rather than the regular $22. Shipping costs aren't included, so the $150 price tag ends up being closer to $250 (or more, depending on where you live), but each merch box includes about $50 - 100 worth of merch, and they're all exclusive membership items that you cannot get otherwise. Merch Box #5 is travel-themed. Inside a big dark purple box, you will find the main item: a lavender mini luggage case.
The luggage case measures W 36cm x H 25cm x D 18cm, so it falls well within the carry-on size limits on all airlines. It is not a rolling case, but it does comes with two carrying handles and a double zip closure. The side handle is engraved with "BTS," one side panel is engraved with "ARMY," and the zipper pulls are engraved with the BTS and ARMY logos. The exterior is made of a hard-shell plastic and the inside is lined with a soft plastic fabric that features a black and lilac airplane pattern with the words "BTS" and "ARMY" scattered all around. The inside of the case includes a compartment that can be separated by zipping up a black mesh separator. It is cute AF.
Alongside the luggage case is another smaller purple box that includes all the other goodies in this Merch Box. Inside this smaller box, you'll find a set of two purple drawstring travel pouches with the BTS airplane pattern, a luggage tag, a passport cover with the BTS airplane pattern, a "magnetic puzzle" set (I don't know what makes this a puzzle — for all intents and purposes, these are magnets featuring photos of the members), a set of assorted BTS travel-themed deco stickers, and the requisite member photo cards. (Note that the photos for the magnets and the photo cards feature the same office theme photoshoot as the 2021 Membership Kit.) These items will obviously complete any jet-setting ARMY's travel needs.
Now, if only I had somewhere to travel to.
