Since getting my new waffle maker, I have become somewhat obsessed with making waffles, but I think I have inadvertently made the perfect summer breakfast: vanilla-lemon waffles with strawberries and blueberries drizzled with honey. It has, at the very least, confirmed that waffles are indeed better than pancakes.
