This totally reminds me of a movie or television musical. (The first thing I thought of was Glee, weirdly enough.) Musically, it does have that kind of nostalgic feel to it, like early '90s sitcom intro songs... mixed in with a bit of '70s disco. It is definitely BTS' most sonically and visually Western song, even compared to "Butter" or "Dynamite." (I mean, hell, they're wearing cowboy outfits.) But at the end of the day, it's a super feel-good, ultra-poppy song that makes us dream of a post-COVID world, and it puts me in a really good mood. So it goes without saying that I will be streaming the shit out of it.
