The second member concept photo to be released is Jimin's! If you go to their BE website and select Jimin's room photo, you can click different parts of it and it will play a recording of Jimin explaining the concept he chose:
The door: "Hello everyone, welcome to Jimin's room. I'm the curator, Jimin. This is a beautiful room full of flowers. The entire space is covered with stunning blooms, but the highlight of this room is its plain simplicity. I like ideas that are clearly expressed. If you look at this room, you can easily see that I am colourless in contrast to the beautiful flowers, and I wanted to highlight this contrast in a way that's impossible to miss. I hope you like it."
Flowers: "What objects in this room do you think best represent me? I think the overall balance of colours in this room instead of any particular object best shows who I am. The monochrome outfit and the colourful flowers strike a stark contrast but they all speak loudly of their existence through this balance."
Jimin: "I tried on an outfit devoid of colours to make it stand out from the warm tones of the flowers around me. I think the overall balance of the colours in this room, I wanted both myself and the flowers to look their best for ARMY. How did I do?"
When I first saw Jimin's room with the antique furniture and wild flowers, I didn't think it represented who he was at all. But then I realized that he's always been a work in contrasts — delicate but strong, adorable but sexy, elegant but clumsy — and I understood that this room is the very embodiment of Jimin. But I think what he forgot is that he always stands out without any effort.
