Friday Five: Tubular

This week's Friday Five:

1. What's your least favourite episode of your favourite television program? Gilmore Girls, Season 7, Episode 8. I think I was annoyed with everyone in that episode. Yes, even Lorelai.
   
   
2. Across its series run, in what way did a favourite television program get worse? I think between Season 6 and 7 of Gilmore Girls. The characters became too unrelatable, the storyline got too ridiculous, the choices made were too questionable, and a lot of relationships seemed too forced.
   
   
3. Among television programs you like very much, which ended far too soon? Veronica Mars. It was honestly one of the best-written television shows, and it was cut tragically short.
   
   
4. Among television programs you like very much, which dragged on for too long? As much as it pains me to say it because it's my favourite television show, Gilmore Girls. It should've ended at Season 6. Season 7 felt so forced and lost a lot of the wit and banter that was such a joy to watch in previous seasons. On top of that, I'd also add all the shows I stopped watching halfway through the series: Orange is the New Black, How I Met Your Mother, Grey's Anatomy, Pretty Little Liars, Riverdale, The Vampire Diaries, Glee, Gossip Girl, Heroes, The Big Bang Theory, Once Upon a Time, Weeds, True Blood, Desperate Housewives. I'm sure there's more I'm missing.
   
   
5. What are some lines of dialogue you love from a favourite television program? Just some faves from Gilmore Girls over the years:
