Friday Five: Healthy sequestration?

This week's Friday Five:
  1. In the next seven days, what's something you'll do for your mental health? I've been chatting to my friends and colleagues through text or WhatsApp just to know what's going on outside my house. I've also been watching Run BTS! episodes, which is something I always do for my mental health.

  2. In the next seven days, what's something you'll do to feel connected? As mentioned, I do text my friends and colleagues, but I also check Twitter and Instagram every few hours to keep connected to the outside world.

  3. In the next seven days, what's something you'll do to relax? Sleep. Maybe because I'm actually sick (no fever yet, though), I've been sleeping for like, 12 hours at a time. I've also been watching K-dramas. While waiting for the last two episodes of Itaewon Class, I started watching a new show called When the Weather is Fine.

  4. In the next seven days, what's something you'll do to make yourself laugh? Watch some more Run BTS! episodes. Maybe find something funny on YouTube.

  5. In the next seven days, what's something you'll do to flex your creativity? I'll probably get back into folding origami, find something new to make.
