While waiting for my car to be serviced at the mechanic, I went over to Big Beef Bowl for a late lunch. Got an order of pan-fried pork soup buns and a bowl of their hand-pulled noodles with spicy braised beef and pickled mustard, and it was DE-FREAKING-LIGHTFUL. Noodle soup season is truly the best season.
