
Been craving noodle soup since I woke up, so I went for dinner at Chef Papa. I went for the Japanese fish broth with rice vermicelli again because the broth is lower in sodium and the noodles are lower on the glycemic index, and I still got the fish puffs because the ones here are amazing, but I did change it up with Taiwanese cuttlefish balls and enoki mushrooms because this is as adventurous as I can get these days. But y'know what, it was still a damn good noodle soup.
