
Did a massive grocery shop today so I can eat healthier at home with minimal effort. So tonight's dinner: Whole wheat wraps (tortillas, not pitas, 'cause less sugar) with PC Blue Menu Falafels (no cholesterol, low cal, low sugar, high fibre) with tomatoes, lettuce, hummus, and low-fat tzatziki. Actually really tasty. This will probably become a staple for lunches when I return to work.
