Met up with Amanda and Viv for dinner at Grazie tonight. Been here a few times for random occasions (tonight's was a belated birthday dinner for Amanda) and I've never been disappointed. Tonight's choice? The Nduja pizza with spicy ndjua sausage, fior di latte mozzarella, and basil. Ideal ratios of toppings, complementary flavour profiles, and excellent crust. I drizzled some extra chili oil because I like spicy, but it's perfect on its own. Possibly one of my favourite pizzas in the Toronto area.
