Maegan, Jason, and Johnson took me to Bang Bang Ice Cream & Bakery for dessert and as it was my first time there, I had to make it count because my decision to return in the future would be based on this one order. So after much debate, I decided on an ice cream sandwich with Cinnamon Toast ice cream and a "Gingerrrrr" cookie (ginger molasses). And it was fucking incredible. The cookie was soft and chewy and beautifully spiced, and the ice cream had the perfect consistency that was thick and creamy but not hard. The flavour itself was like the leftover milk from a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (one of my fave cereals of all time) except way more saturated in flavour, and god, it was the most perfect dessert ever on a hot day because it was cooling and also reminded of the best parts of fall. Just pure bliss in every bite.
