I gotta say, this is the best palette from Fruity Juicy in terms of texture, variety of finishes, shade range, and blendability. It is a predominantly warm palette like Fruit a La La, but the gradation of the shades (from light to dark) and the ratio of shimmery to matte finishes work really well together to create cohesive looks easily. It is also the least intimidating because the shades here are generally more muted and more widely flattering across skin tones, and the brightest shade (Electric Mandarin) is easily blendable to make it more wearable. Every single shade is smooth like butter and applies as such — even Retrospeck is softer and smoother than the original, which is grittier with more fall out. Even with the darker plum shades, Oh My Banana is still distinctly summery, and to me, it actually makes for a more well-rounded palette. It's like the sultrier version of Fruit a La La; I wish that MAC had come out with a palette that included all 12 of these colours because it would be the ultimate tropical sunset-inspired palette. As it is, Oh My Banana is an online exclusive product, so you won't be able to swatch it in person. I would check your stash to see if you have some of the shades already (two shades are re-promotes, and two shades are permanent), but otherwise, I think this is the perfect summer palette and one of the best pre-made ones that MAC has released.
