Butter London 3 Free Nail Lacquer in Lady Muck

I had to cut my nails because they were getting a little too long for my liking, but I also don't like the way my hands look when I have shorter nails, so I wanted a shade that was more inconspicuous. But I also wanted a colour that wasn't nude. Enter Butter London's Lady Muck. This is another shade from Butter London's Spring-Summer collection. Lady Muck is a dusty grey that leans a little blue with soft shimmer. I like it because it's a subtle, neutral colour and it can be worn every season. Like Blagger, Lady Muck went on smooth and opaque in one coat, and the dry-time is phenomenal (maybe three minutes between coats). And as always, Butter London's nail lacquers are 3 Free. What's not to like?

  1. LOL I'm the opposite... I like the look of shorter nails, esp. when I wear polish. I'm scared of that talon-ish look that some people get when their nails have a bit of growth.

  2. I like the look of shorter nails on most people, I just find that my nails look too round and stubby if I cut them too short. I like a little bit of growth to make my fingers appear longer, lol. The really long, "talon-ish" look creeps me out, and I personally dislike acrylic nails. :P
