I'm working a double-shift today so I won't be home until midnight (which epicly sucks, because it's not even time-and-a-half!), but my co-worker made these epic Christmas cookies for us: shortbread with Skor pieces and chocolate chips, dusted in icing sugar. I totally ate five of these in a row. They're not much to look at, but I think these have got to be the best cookies I've ever had. (And I have eaten a lot of cookies in my life.) Someone needs to mass-produce these, for real.
