Today's my day off and since I'm boycotting the snow (yes, snow – the weather gods are sadists) and was feeling rather domestic, I baked some banana walnut muffins with some overly-ripe bananas we had sitting in the fruit bowl. In fact, the bananas alone were so sweet that I didn't have to add any sugar. And they taste pretty damn good, if I do say so myself.
