Starting the new year off right with a dim sum brunch with my mom:

BBQ pork buns (char siu bao)

Shrimp rice noodle rolls (cheung fun)

Steamed shrimp dumplings (har gow)

Deep-fried taro puffs (wu gok)

Steamed bean curd rolls

Deep-fried shrimp dumplings

Egg tarts (daan tat)
