Met up with my friend Chelsea for a little reunion dinner this evening at Il Postino:

Burrata & Prosciutto
(Italian burrata, 24-month aged prosciutto di parma, and Sicilian pistachios)

Pappardelle Funghi
(Roasted mushrooms, truffle and porcini cream sauce, and parmesan)

I was so impressed with that mushroom pappardelle that it is now my favourite pasta dish of all time. Yes, it's that good.
