I actually feel bad for "Smoke Sprite" being released during this period — with all the promo for J-Hope's "On the Street" and Jimin's FACE — because I feel like it hasn't gotten the recognition it deserves. In fact, this song might be the most underrated BTS collab in recent years, maybe because Soyoon is also an indie alternative artist. This girl is a fucking badass and she's so goddamn talented. I don't know if this song is just inherently to my taste, but I've added it to all of my regular playlists just so it's consistently in rotation. Go watch the MV if you haven't already — it just gets better with every listen.
